Exclamation Worried about TRADEMARK/ VeRO ban

i recently got a couple pairs of plain fruit of the loom t-shirts with about 4 different colors and i was wondering since these are branded, would i get hit with a trademark, or vero ban / maybe even a law suit? i know it's pretty hard to get away with selling branded stuff but i might be able to get like 100s of pieces of shirts sometime down the line and i want to be prepared on what can happen to me.

They have a filed Copyright for their items. Been existent for many years. They do not appear as members of ebay’s VeRO program. This is often an indication of a company’s attitude to the on-selling of their items.

Some years ago, they were not getting through. There were lots of their items being copied.

This will make you smile...a news item about the company.
