How to increase ebay seller limits?

Hello,
Whenever I tried to list an item on ebay new seller account, they says that you have 0 listing limits. How can I increase the sellers limits on new account?

I always call eBay when i get zero limit on my account. It's just takes 5-10 mins, and you get the selling limit :D

What are you using to verify the PayPal account, what are you using for your phone number and what IP address service are you using?

I also had the same problem sometimes. I used VBA to verify, Google Voice for the phone number and Good source of Proxies.

I would put money on it being either your proxy or google voice.

I'm using USA Rdp to signup for ebay and using vcc to verify paypal.
