So I didn't look at my eBay account for a week and I came back to see that I had 3 cases closed without seller resolution which puts me at 0.64% rather than the 0.30% limit.
This is from 3 of 472 transactions.
Does this mean that I have to get to 1,000 transactions in the next 20 days or I get pushed to the back of the search results and then banned? I saw recently that eBay would give you as many months to correct the issue as it takes so long as you're improving each month. Do I have a chance?
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!

Do I have a chance?
Some people will tell you otherwise, my experience says you're toast. I've had this happen a few times, and although they aren't as overt about punishing people as they once were, even if they let you continue to sell you'll have a secret set of lead overshoes that pulls you down in search pretty much forever.

Try searching for your listings. I've had listings that were #1 in eBay search rankings, that magically plummeted to the 4th/5th page once my account went below standard (seller defects). It sucks, and not only will your sales suffer, but often times its a harbinger for the end of days (doesn't take many more strikes against your account for it to get MC011ed)
