ebay Chat in USA

Hello everyone,
Does anyone else with a pretty big ebay account year old or older have "Chat" in the USA?

I dont recall this account being in any special programs or such but using Chat has been useful this morning.

This is just a "help chat" icon on the right of most pages. It is almost instant when I used it today to turn off unpaid item assistant for a big buyer from Australia. Then the email you the transcript.

I guess it is a feature of being a "Pro Seller" no idea what that is...

What level of store subscription do you have? (if any at all)

Perhaps they are gradually rolling it out to the US?

I used it today to turn off unpaid item assistant for a big buyer from Australia. Then they email you the transcript.

Sounds just like the one we have in the UK.

on brand new accounts, yes. This is just like a help chat for everything instead of calling in. This account sells a few hundred items a week and almost a year old.
