Default item not received case?

Hey guys a buyer is saying they haven't received there item and opened a case. tracking says delivered...anyway I can win this? Thanks!

This is open and shut. If its delivered and you shipped to the address on the PP payment, you can't lose. Even if buyer charges back using his financial institution, PayPal will cover you under their protection policy.

I win unauthorized chargebacks frequently - you just need to give a bit more details than you would for an eBay/PP INR claim. Upload screenshots of the PP transaction, the eB order, the eB shipping address, the confirmed PP address, and whatever else you can think of pertaining to the transaction and you'll usually win - unless it was a true case of unauthorized CC use.

@OP - Everyone else is right. This is an easy win. PP and eB have pretty much identical seller protection policies from when they were one in the same.

Great glad to know this, I spoke with probably a 60 year old rep who smokes 20 packs a day and she said unfortunately theres nothing we can do, their address is an apartment and the tracking says left at front door. She said YOU will have to open a case with the postal service for missing package. And YOU will have to refund them eventually. I acted all cool about it cause she obviously has no clue. I said what if the buyer is lieing and they got it. She said quote "it doesnt matter" I wish i could have recorded the call anyways I said thanks we will wait and see maybe it will show up LOL stupid biiiitch bye.

This is patently untrue and you clearly have no experience with this at all. Please stop spreading false information.

If you ship to the address on the Paypal payment and get signature when required ($750 or more), you get covered for not received or unauthorized under PayPal's protection policy. I sell high value items and get 2-3 unauthorized claims a month and have yet to lose one.

Again, don't speak on what you don't know.
