Help with trasaction defects please

Hi there,

My account is unfortunately below standard and on my dashboard it says the transaction period is 01 Oct 2017 - 30 Sept 2018.

does this mean that my defects will no longer count as it will be the start of a new period and will my account go to above standard again?

all the defects i had on this account were in april 2018, whilst i was away on holiday and wasn't able to reply to messages. i messaged all my customers before i went explaining that i am going away and when i get back i will answer all queries. despite this a number of customers opened cases and had them closed via ebay.

any clarity on this matter will be much appreciated!
