You can use just about anything, but Nordvpn is going to get every account you make banned permanently every time.

The only recommended VPN services are IPBurger and 24vc.com

If you are in the UK and creating UK accounts you don't need a VPN. Something that empirestate probably "forgot" to tell you.

Reset your device, follow the stealth guide and it will be easy to make an account

If you want more than 1 account then you can use the iPad with several different browsers

Yes I am in uk and told “Empirestates” I’m in uk and he still said use his dedicated VPN SERVICE so he didn’t forget..

So I don’t need a VPN service ? I was also told by few other people that i can’t use same device that I got restricted with I was advised to buy a new one or if using windows just create new user.

Can you not see that the time you've wasted with empirestate and waiting for responses to all your questions that it might actually have been quicker and more cost effective to just get yourself the stealth guide?
