How to sign up an ebay account with 200 items at the fist registration?

I see so many people in my country selling accounts with a limit of 100/200 listings when they first register, but they don't want to tell them, are here willing to share knowledge?

Nobody here is willing to share the knowledge. Many have tried to pry that information from the account sellers, none have been successful.

The good news is you can buy an account with high limits for relatively cheap.

It doesn't really matter, limits are useless.

That very well may be true for you but thousands of people have paid $250USD or more for accounts with high initial selling limits, right here on this forum.

So clearly there's value for some people.

Yeah and if you sell 100 listings on ebay your paypal will be limited big time, So few listings, less chance of paypal limitation.

yes,for new sellers,Ebay can withhold your payments ,if Ebay does not,Paypal will.
so move cautiously
