Just be professional and refund + add her to your BBL. She is not entitled to a single cent more. If she pushes it, then call eBay and open a case against her for making unreasonable demands.

Do we have any thing on buyer agreement which I can quote to argue this? By looking at her details, it seems like she knows more than me about legal stuff and may ask for a significant compensation anytime. I already refunded in full.
Never give in to threats (especially legal ones) spouted by customers. eBay already has policies in place for prohibiting buyers from making unreasonable demands or threats. If she does, and you report her, eBay may take action.
Once you refund, you are done. Period. Block & move on with your business.
