There must be a max $$ and if it happens more than once or few times,you will lose the fund now status

I literally applied when I said I applied. So, yes, I can apply.... Unless you're trying to call me a liar.

And interest free loan? No. Paypal will just tell the market place to go pound sand. They are the ones holding the money. You act as if they'd give money to ebay to hold, while they give me their own money in the mean time.

I don't qualify because of being high risk due to high returns. Because some how having returns, is risky. It makes zero sense at all. $120k through this account every year for 10 years. Zero issues with returns, which are a standard industry practice, and the percentage is in line with my industry. How the hell does that make me a risk. They claim that they are worried if they try to withdraw money from my bank, for a refund, it won't go through. The only way that would happen, is if my entire business has completely shut down. And if they were worried about that happening, they'd put a hold on ALL my payments just in case. And they sure as **** wouldn't qualify me for a $40k paypal loan. What absurdity.
