The buyer loses the right to complain about item not arriving, and it's akin to the item being stolen from the buyers porch, after showing delivered to the correct zipcode.
Europe tho, I don't know.. If an item I ship to Europe, shows in tracking, that the customs office is waiting, or buyer refused package, or issue with item, I will win the case as I've fullfilled my obligation. Problem is, a lot of times, tracking won't show any of that, and 2 months later, will anything happen, once the item gets back to America. At that point, it's too late tho. |
