Youre talking about two different types of suspensions there.
A suspension after account creation is very different from one that is received after your first listing.

Tons of posts around here to get knowledgeable about the differences, for one. It's also partly logical when you understand the difference when setting up an account vs how you start operating it

best to buy eBay Stealth....

some small advice:

1. dont use the same phonenumber

2. dont use same browser(cookies etc), you used before to create account

3. dont use public VPN

4. dont use same bank, paypal etc info

theres plenty more...

Yesss something is wrong . Its a very Quick suspension. I never listed but account got suspended
