Default MC011 Restriction eBay asking me to pay fees to reinstate?

So I got a MC011 Restriction for a stealth account and I was able to provide them documents but they asked me to pay eBay fees for this months yesterday and it should be paid on 30th of this month or 1-2 of the next month...

Which was strange, however when I was so curious I asked them what fees should I pay they said the whole eBay fees like not only the fees for this month but for the next month fees too that was determined yet...

Anyone felt weird when they specifically said that to reinstate the account?

Yeah it's weird its like they making sure to secure 'THEIR' money, but I had accounts suspended for late fees before and reinstated after paying those fees.

I just wanted to chime in here. I have been selling on ebay for over 15 years. Recently we had a spike in cases and received a MC011. I have seen so many posts here saying, "MC011 means the account is dead", MC011 means account of death, MC011 because ebay wants to get all the knowledge and ban you for good. All of it is false.

If you are running a business that is fraud, you should expect to be banned forever. We had lots of cases due to an item that was incorrectly manufactured and it was our first ever MC011. We were asked to close all the cases and resolve any issues, this took over 1 month. Today: We appreciate the additional information that you provided. We recently reviewed your situation further, and in light of the additional details, eBay has reinstated your account.

We understand that this process may have been somewhat inconvenient, but please understand that this was a security measure intended to help protect you and the eBay community.

To help ensure your future trading success, we strongly encourage you to ship items in a timely manner. We would also like to take this opportunity to encourage you to take extra care in accurately and thoroughly describing the value and condition of the items you sell on eBay. By taking a few extra moments to ensure that you are delivering the best customer service possible to your buyers, you greatly increase the chances of having a successful eBay business and avoiding any future account issues that may arise.

We are happy that we have had the opportunity to reinstate this account, and look forward to building a successful relationship with you on eBay.

If you ever have a question or concern about the status of this or any other account you own, please visit eBay Help for information and access to eBay Customer Support. Just click the "Customer Support" tab at the top of any eBay page. You will be guided to the group that can best address your question or concern.

So, unless you know you are running an illegal business or something that is not allowed on ebay, follow what they ask and you will be fine. This forum is filled with incorrect info about MC011.

I wouldn't pay. I had an account with MC011 too, eBay told me to close all my cases in order them to review my case. I had to refund almost $200 so eBay can tell me that the decision is final.

Forget it and move on.

I agree It would happen to some people get their account back, that what I didn't mean I meant they asked me to pay the fees before it was estimated, the asked like on the 27th of this month to pay the fees and the fees should be paid between 30th to 1-2 of the next month.

That doesn't make any sense, In addition they don't want me to pay 1 month fees only, but also they want me to pay the next month fees that should be paid by the end of the next month, I was like sure now it's obvious....
