If this is your case, when i got suspended i realized that they hid (or something like that) email and chat contact option. It said "Unavailable option at this time". I suggest you to select another option (not account issues) and you will be redirected to customer support who handle account issues.
it seems like when you're account is suspended they take longer to chat. i don't know if it's just me but i've experienced that. also, if you can get the chat, try another key word on the help page
