account suspended after fees payment

hello everyone.
i had a problem with my account.
but let me tell you the whole story.
the account is almost 2 months old, uploaded listings daily and finally got my first sale.
but after few days i could not list more items , when i tried to list i got error massage that i should pay the fees to upload more items.
so i paid the fees with a brand new credit card (never used on ebay before) and 1 hour after the payment the account got suspended!
and for sure i spoke with ebay but the same words like everytime about risk for their community blablabla...
so me question is that if anyone face that problem? ore know where the problem is? i mean i dont really know if the payment was the problem or there was a problem with the account before the payment...
if anyone can help me i will be very grateful to him!

Doesn't sound like it was the payment cause those are usually made after an invoice is received at the end of the month. Sounds more like you got a message that your act is suspended and you must pay what you owe ebay. Payment of these fees does NOT resolve the issue with the account.
You should have received a message about the suspension though. If you did not then it was likely a glitch on their side.
Bottom line - this account is dead and gone. Move on and open a new account.

How did you make the account? What items sold?

Did you follow the stealth guide?

i did everything like the stealth guide, i sold home product-this is not the problem for sure.
about the message, yeah i got the message an hour after the payment.
but i got a error message before, when i tried to list more item they said that i need to pay the bill to list more item and then all the rest you already know...
i head stuff about that people said ebay told them to pay the bill if they want to keep listing but never heard they got suspended so this is the problem for me...
and yeah i know the accout is dead i just want to know where the problem is because if not this will happen again and again

is the credit card which is never used on EBay,in your real name?
could it be the card which link you with your previous banned account,thats why Ebay said it is not safe for the Ebay community?

On an old account ebay would request me to pay fees once it hit a certain threshold before listing new items or updating quantities. Once paid I'd continue to list. I think they just wanted to get their fees before suspending you for another reason, to avoid you leaving the account without paying

I read your post twice,you said it is a new card never used on Ebay,I have loads of new cards in my desk drawer never used on EBAY but they are all issued to me,ME,ME,ME,good old me who sells on Ebay

The reason why I suspect it is your card which gives you away is that I have never heard of Ebay asking seller to pay first after making a sale in 2 months,is that a big ticket high risk item?
Could it be in its endless efforts to ban returning offenders ,one way is to ask them to make payment,??

thats what i think too, but what do you mean for "to avoid you leaving the account without paying" just leave it like that and throw the account?

he ment, they waited till you paid and then suspended, since allot of ppl dont pay suspended account fees.

yes i understood that, but how show i know if they gonna suspend me after payment or not? because i know people who said that ebay asked them to pay the fees before they can list more items

If you're ONLY issue is not paying the fees then you should be ok to pay and list more items.

I have this issue before where eb asked me to pay the fees which were slightly overdue (pp was limited) so I paid with a gift card and was able to list

i did paid, but my problem was that the account suspended 1h after payment..so this is my question...why they suspend.?

Seemed like you had not paid based on your previous posts - if they suspended after payment, were you selling risky items?

not risky item, just generic product...and this message was before i paid, maybe could be the problem that i had exceeded from the free listings (in total 30 listings) and didnt bought i store on ebay? maybe i should buy..???

when you called them,they said it is not safe for the Ebay community to have you around,that implied they have linked you to your previous activity.
so now you sold one item and Ebay gets paid its FVF.
START A NEW ACCOUNT,DONT WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO GET THIS ONE BACK.
