Using NordVPN for stealth ebay

Hello all, I am looking at trying to make a stealth ebay account before I give up and just buy one. I keep getting mixed opinions on whether I NEED to use just a Residential IP or if I can get away with NordVPN simce I already have it. My understanding is they offer dedicated Ips? Something I need to look at.but please any help

Does it apply to all vpns? I see IPBurger has one as well
