I have a problem that I have not been able to solve for two months

I changed my eBay account from Business to Private a long time ago and now that I am trying to connect it to my Payoneer which is also private, when I try to connect them it shows me that my eBay account is business so it does not let me connect between them. I would really appreciate your help with this problem.

Sounds like the only ones who can help you would be ebay customer service reps. Have you tried to contact them to ask them why your acct is still showing as a business acct?

This isn't the official ebay forums so nobody here has the power to help you

A quick call to customer service should hopefully fix it for you

Do did you call them and have your transition resolved?
