How’s everyone’s sales doing since VAT tax was implemented? I used to have 20% international sales per total volume... now I hardly ever get any sales. It’s more like 2-5%.
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
I intentionally cut out most int'l sales last year by dropping all USPS int'l shipping options on my listings and only putting UPS options which are more expensive. All USPS shipments were taking 2+ months to arrive so I was refunding most of those buyers before their item arrived.
With that said it dropped from probably 5% of my orders to less than 1% now - and honestly I'm very happy about it. I hadn't even taken VAT into consideration but I hope Europeans continue to be taxed to death on everything.
VAT is not the issue here but it is the new customs rules, they stop everything now and charge for everything so that the running times have become too long
