Yes,60% accounts will require you to contact customer support to reactive it. And the other will be 'not a registered user'!

Maybe have to vary up the activity - have you tried doing other things before listing the first product?

I will use my accounts to watch items everyday before listing. Sometimes I waited a month long before my first listing,but it still does not work!

I see you can still create stealth accounts but the SSN must match the name right? what happens when the SSN is required? Do you just create a new one?

I normally create UK accounts. The SSN is not required

Yes but im in the US, can you link a US bank account? and does the IP need to be in the UK?

US stealth accounts are not going to be possible because of tax id requirements, the only way is going to be create foreign accounts
