Default Best Email Manager for Multiple Accounts

I’ve been looking for a way to keep up with like 100 email accounts and I think I’ve found the best way.

What I’ve tried:

Apple Mail on mobile its very laggy with lots of accounts. It blocks images and IP Address but lags badly after 30 accounts.

Spark Email on mobile It’s very simple to use and lags after 30 email accounts. Can block images.

ThunderBird on PC very complex design. It has tons of options you can tweak. It gave me a headache. I hate to feel like I’m missing something. Can block images and trackers.

The absolute best I’ve found:

🔥Windows Mail🔥. I’m currently signed into 100 email accounts. NO LAG. Can block images, group emails together, choose a timeframe you want emails to sync. Very nice features. The absolute best if you are managing over 30 eBay/Amazon/PayPal accounts

No, windows mail on PC! It seems like no mobile email service can handle more than 30 email accounts

Thunderbird to me is so complex. I tried it twice and I got a headache both times. It has tons of features but I hate to feel like I’m missing a option I can tweak to make it better. The design to me is so complicated. Windows Mail has a very nice feature where you can Group Multiple email accounts together I love it.

Update: I currently switched to Mozilla Thunderbird. Why? Windows Mail does not like a lot of Outlook email accounts. After about 28 accounts of Outlook being signed in I was getting error codes and could not fix them. And Outlook is one of the only email that lets you sign up without asking for phone verification. So currently I’m operating 180 email accounts on Mozilla Thunderbird. I found that Thunderbird lags hard and doesn’t update after you get to the 180 mark of email accounts. So what I did was create different profiles. 1 Profile signed into 100 emails and the other profile I’m signed into 80 emails. I can have both profiles open at once and it works like a charm. And Thunderbird has this Unified Option where all your emails show in one folder. I love it. I did not know that option existed. I would have been starting using Thunderbird. And also you can disable images and trackers. And even better you can the option to show a email as plain text. Im never using any other email client again. AND even better if you want to load up Thunderbird on a different windows user or computer and still be signed into all your accounts. You can copy the Profile and transfer it. Nothing is better than Thunderbird for emails.

Hope this helps someone that plans to manage lots of stealth accounts

Wow that’s insane, I never knew about auto forwarding emails. Might have to give it a try. But I stopped making Gmail accounts simply because when I’m creating a new gmail. It’s a 50/50 chance they ask for a phone number. So I switched to outlook. And outlook never ask for phone number
