Cannot Issue any kind of refund on ebay

Really need some help guys. Been having trouble refunding cases and manual refunds on ebay since friday.

Have called ebay CS over 20 times - been going around in circles.

Deleted payment methods and added them back to no avail.

Also HSBC card once entered getting unable to verify card message.

But managed payment bank account is and always has been HSBC so i am receiving payouts. just cannot refund anyone.

anyone else having this issue or know anything about it

These refunds have been building up for 6 days as i cannot refund. i called

CS yesterday and they told me that there is an issue from there side which has been going on for two weeks.

But it has now increased to more sellers being effected.

Wonder when they will get this sorted!!!!

yu can go to Ebay seller forum and ask

Go to your payments settings.
Click on 'Manage' on your linked bank account.

Toggle this to 'ON', re-log in the account and see if it fixes the issue.

I have tried everything in my power to try and get this to work.

It sounds like there are alot of sellers who are slowly getting affected by this. i

Ebay is a joke ---- been 6 days and i still cant refund anyone.

Soon to be negatives and defects Galore -- ringing them is pointless.

If you’re a new seller your only option is to refund with available/processing funds or with debit card. Only sellers with a few sales can refund with bank account

I suggest adding a VCC to pay fees
