Listing has only 3 views...

They just reinstated my eBay account. I put on the same listing that i had put on earlier. The listing only has 3 views in 2 weeks of it being up? Should I feel worried.

Why worried? Maybe not that popular or price isn't the best?

It’s normal for eBay to block some listings after a reinstatement

The listing isn't blocked, their placement algorithm will have put you back at the bottom of the pile.

Try sponsored listings if you can to get views and search ranking improvements.

It’s something like a shadow ban on his account, the listings won’t get any traction like normal until some weeks

Nah, it's simply an algorithms issue on what is effectively a new listing. "Something like" means absolutely nothing and certainly not 'blocked' as you initially claimed because it's had views.

His account should return to normal automatically after a few weeks or so
