If you make sure late shipment rate is under 2%, on time tracking, and no item not received claims opened against you, eBay leaves you alone. I made some poor decisions after massive success and a lot of this was drop shipping product in order to reduce inventory which from a business perspective is smart, yet it only takes 1 package that is delayed which causes INRC opened, and etc etc. Of course there are exceptions to this, but shipping is extremely important. No one can allow item not received cases to pile up, if you do you're asking to get 5 day review which leads into a MC011. From there it starts with shipping but as everyone knows the agents are looking for problems at this point. So you start with a fixable situation that leads into a chance outcome once you have the MC011.
