This one was opened in 2019 but had low sales up until this spring. Something I noticed was that the last 90 days I had 500 sales on the dot when I got the MC011 notice. I had been selling about $4500 worth a month.
Another thing I noticed about this account is that it had a lower "tracking uploaded and validated" percentage than my other accounts. I think this may be because I was using eBay international shipping on my international orders to save a few bucks but had USPS First Class Mail International in my listings. Something that I should have known better not to do but hindsight is 20/20 and I know not to do it from now on. It was also just easier to print labels with that shipping method.
I've done a lot of thinking because this was a really nice account and I would hate to lose it. It comes down to amount of sales with an account that didn't have a strong selling history (it probably did like $200 a month from 2019 to 2022 spring) and then perhaps the lower than average tracking uploaded and validated. 500 sales within 90 days ON THE DOT seems awfully fishy though. My gut tells me this is most likely metric related and then possibly a review of my statistics afterwards that raised a red flag for a review.
My next phase is going to be an invoice which I will be getting creative with. Does anyone have any experience with which vendor we should supply? I don't think my vendor would pass so I'm going to get creative. I was thinking about going with a low-profile random company that actually exists.
