Ebay stealth questions

My mom has offered me her account to use as a stealth account. I plan on opening a LLC or DBA and getting a EIN, what do i need to do to her account to add the llc and ein to make sure the 1099k is in the ein and not her ssn? im assuming its just a personal account and not business. i did some searching yesterday and saw alot of ppl having the issue of single member llc 1099k being sent in the ssn and not the ein....


I went out the other day and opened a new bank account, gota laptop setup with a new user for the stealth and plan on useing cell as hotspot...anything else im missing?...The new bank account im assuming im safe using that for payouts on her account even tho the bank account is in my name or should the payout account be in her name also?

Should be straight but I'd do same name for em.

You can use Truist with mismatched names I have done it before.

Officially set it up the other day and the name field (moms name) was not changeable...im thinking thats gona cause a issue should just have to add her as a authorized user of the bank account tho...thoughts???

Bank account is in my name eBay Stealth is in my mothers...the name portion on ebay when i added the bank info is what was not changeable

Bank name doesn't have to match.

the same logic from the stealth guide still applies.

Do stay away from credit union type banks
