1. can i turn a private account to a company account?

2. can a man that moved from israel to usa open a seller account on ebay when his account was opened in israel (and he bought in israel), and now he moved to usa and wants to be a seller in usa?

3. If a buyer orders the same thing in 2 different orders, does he need 2 tracking numbers or can you send both orders in one and give the same tracking #

First answer is yes, the second answer is yes if you move to the USA you can change name and address (the Chinese do it all the time) although it will show the date you opened the account and that was in Israel. Thirdly if the buyer uses the same shopping cart for both sales you can use one shipping label, if it’s 2 separate sales eBay will only let you put one tracking number in, if you put it in on the other sale it will inform you that that number has already been used.

ebay account country can not be changed though so you need to open a new account in the US

israeli account can be kept , obviously if he moved to the US legally he has all the things needed to open a local account

no need to get standard info from ebay , it is very easy:

you move to another country you simply keep the old account and open a new one

if you want to live by ebay rules you will be the loser at the end because ebay can kick you out anytime without stating or having any reasons

It's not about rules or getting kicked out of ebay for no reason, is just that is not possible to change countries as there is no way to do it, it was possible to do it in the past but not since managed payments so he will need to open a new account.

I might have missunderstood the question, I though he wanted to convert his Isreali account to USA account.

I think he wants to open an US Ebay account for sellling and the answer is he can keep his Israeli account and open a US account with US address,a new email address and of course a US bank account .
My question is how does he handle state and Federal tax income tax?
What is his status in USA?A tourist,an immigrant)permanent resident) ,or on working visa?
and what is the situation with Israeli tax?does he report his US income on his Israeli tax return?

Ill clarify the situation - I have a buyer account that didn't sell. Only bought items in Israel.
Now I moved to the USA, and I want to turn that account into a seller account.

non MP accounts can change country but if it has never sold you are at risk of suspension as soon as you start selling

because both USA and Israel use payoneer, no?

USA does not use payoneer , Israel does , if it was never linked it could change country and be registered for MP in the US
