I have some questions.i have mc011 they ask proof of delivery or feedback for all the items that i have sold.i am selling cheap products and i do not provide full tracking number only partial.what can i do?will ebay accept the partial tracking number without showing delivery?
Is there any site that generates tracking numbers?or some database?how to get out of this?

Simply the answer is no there is no database to generate tracking numbers.

Why is there a temporary suspension on the account is it because there has been a number of items not received?

Removing MC011 is really difficult, you have to provide all the invoices proving your purchases and shipping receipts. I know one website that provides tracking, but it's really difficult

ebay can accept feedback as proof if you make sure that all open cases are closed and all items have already arrived so that you do not receive any new cases

It could be the sheer volume,I have been selling low price items with no tracking,all I do is marked them as shipped,some buyers leave feedback,some do not.

This i know it the point is that i dont have full tracking but partial which shows only postage not delivery

If the account is 2009 and has had no selling activity until recently, it is treated as a new seller account. If you have started selling in volume straight away this will trigger a suspension.

Which country is it your selling on? Some countries are a lot stricter with tracking than others
