delivery problems to the US have been permanent , sending by regular airmail to the US is like a casino where a packet may arrive after a week or after 5 weeks

but shipping from within the US is very nice , fast delivery , higher prices and high level of protection against non receipt disputes

IT is cheaper from Canada to USA with tracking,

ebay do not accept all types of tracking equally , for example tracked royal mail to the US would likely not be accepted , a carrier like UPS or Fedex would be accepted
