I have removed negative feedback 2 days ago.
Buyer negative feedback: not delivered
Tracking show not delivered too, i send message to support and tell them buyer refuse take parcel,that's why not delivered.
After 3-5 minutes chating with eBay they remove feedback.
On your case i am not sure what should you say, send buyer 2-3 message, send revision request and when try to found support who will remove feedback,but you mingt need contact them not once, but few times
