Ebay: Updated account information NEEDED!

Hello,
I recently received this email from ebay. I would like to mention that I'm drop shipping from Bulgaria and selling in USA that's why I picked up random address in USA when created the account.
Please advise how to proceed.
During a recent account review, we noticed that your account is appearing as a individual while your activities suggest that you should be registered as a business. However, we were unable to verify that a current active business license is on file with the government. To confirm your business is registered and in good standing, please send a clear image of your Government Issued *BUSINESS REGISTRATION* using the link provided below, the document must contain names of all directors, and all beneficial owners of your company with a list of their shareholding percentage.

In addition, your account was registered in Bulgaria but your shipping address was in the United States. Please provide explanation as where is your business actually located and why there is a shipping address from another country.

So far I've been selling only as an individual.

there is something missing , bulgaria does not have business licences , does it?

I think your registration address on ebay or business address must be USA

if he said he is in USA,Ebay could still ask for vendor invoice,like it said in the email;his selling activities indicate he is running a business.

There are many US sellers listing hundreds of listings which they right clicked from AMZN,WMT,COSTCO,WAYFAIR,Sam,they are also being asked to produce vendor invoice as Ebay studied their selling habit and concluded this is a business .

That's why I can't answer their question for the USA address because I believe they will ask for some utility bills to prove it. If they ask for ownership of the products I know how to deal with it.
I think the license they mentioned that is missing on file with he government is with the USA government. I don't think they check if I have business registration in Bulgaria.

Then Ebay would ask for vendor invoice to prove you do have the inventory on hand and the shipping address would have to be a warehouse address .
There are warehouses in USA which offer same service as AMZN,storing and shipping your orders.

is it too late to cut down your selling activities,listing less and take your own pictures

This is what I'm planning from a while even before this email but don't want to lost the account either. I know it could be sold as a working business.
My question is if ebay would do their own research to check if I have business license in Bulgaria?

Now only 15 but used to manage around 50 in the past.

so this is what you need to do:

a) you upgrade your account to business and go through business verification if ebay request it as your volume is too high and you will not be able to sell as private anymore

b) you need to tell ebay that you are based in bulgaria but use fulfillment in the US , if they ask for proof send them a copy of fulfillment agreement or create one

c) only upload documents to ebay after business upgrade , then they will send new info to you what exactly is needed

if her buyer wants to return the item,she would have to give him a return shipping label returning the item to that address.
It is better just refund and let the buyer keeps the item.

Not even close. Any return case I open my return case with amazon they provide me return laben and in the case in ebay I provide their return label - 4 years already. Same with the other suppliers.

When you open a seller account on Ebay,you enter your residential address,your ship from address,your address to receive Ebay mail,your address for buyer to return the item ,they dont have to be the same.
It sounds like she picks some random address for where she ships the item and where buyer should return the item.
But this is fine as she explained when someone wants to return the item,if the item comes from AMZN,she would go to her AMZN buyer account and request to return the item and AMZN would give her a return label which she would give to her Ebay buyer.
if her AMZN buyer wants to return an item which she bought on EBay,then she would go to the Ebay seller and ask for a return label and give it to her AMZN buyer.
As long as she does it before Ebay gets involved,she is OK.
