Seems to happening more frequently now - do you have a bank account? Creativity still works for ID requests...hit or miss I believe

This is somewhat common when making new accounts nowadays

Could also be IP at play? If not residential...like a proxy or so

They're always changing how their system checks new accounts

Approaching Xmas ,all venues tighten their seller requirements ,there will be more traffic and buy orders,so more fraud.
If you are selling pre order items,they will ask you for factory invoice,if you sell large quantity or hot items or you are from certain countries ,if you are a brick and mortar store with bad credit ,Paypal is good at spotting such,dunno about Adyen or Ayden?may be it is up to Ebay
