Default Buyer leaves me + feedback, gets kicked off ebay, now opens INR dispute with paypal??

Had a buyer purchase an auction of mine won it for under $3.00! Pays, I ship (without delivery confirmation because it was under $3.00!) Leaves me positive feedback, she gets kicked off ebay, feedback gets removed, now she opens item not received dispute. What should I do? It is not about the money obviously it is about the point! Should I state that she was kicked off ebay and left me positive feedback or do I just ship her a lovely "nice try" envelope with delivery confirmation? Thanks!

update: Well it wont even give me the option to mail it to her with delivery confirmation, dont know if this has to do with the fact she has been kicked of ebay or what, so I just went through the ebay page "report buyer fraud" and we will just have to see what happens. UUGGH!

Do the "nice try" envelope anyway, I am sick of people like that.

Something I've learned over the years with Ebay and jerks like that- there is a certain "cost of doing business" type thing that I consider "cost of doing business on ebay" and some things you're farther ahead to just consider it a loss right away and move on. If she left you a bad feedback or something permanent, that's another story, but sometimes when a loss is boiled down to exactly $3, that's part of the Ebay machine, you're better off learning to write stuff like that off right away. For every 100 people you deal with on there, you're going to run into 2 or 3 that are anything from difficult to outlaws.

You are 100% correct, but sometimes....when you have been on ebay for a long time, and running into these types of people even a handful of times or two, that is enough to get you fed up. It just seems that lately the fraud that is going on with ebay is unreal.

I know! Just goes to show she has done this MANY times before, she knows that no matter what, without delivery confirmation she gets her money back and gets to keep the damn item! How ridiculous, all the more reason to piss me off!

I agree. I stand by my statement that the sooner you learn to let some of these things go, the better, but at the same time you have a very good point, and I'll admit that I felt good after investing some time in some good old fashioned payback too. I hear you, 100%.

Default They Got Me too !

Yeah, I've had some pretty petty Creeps, do this to me also.

One guy wrote me 16 emails said he did not get the item and he only writes broken english. Then he files a ebay dispute in perfect english. I asked the guy to confirn the address to where i was suppose to ship the item.

After 9 times asking him the address question his only reply is : "I wont the refund, my english no good".

Payback is a little time consuming, but well worth it sometimes, if you know you can win against a Creep Like That.
