Default SOLD 400$ item, Buyer has confirmed and verified address, but not eligible for SPP

Buyer (woman), has a confirmed and verified address however under Seller Protection is says "Not Eligible".


What gives?

And today an international buyer with Unconfirmed Address ( Only US and UK can have confirmed ) and Unverified was still eligible for Seller Protection. Is this strange?

Why cant you just call paypal/ebay and ask them. They will have no problem explaining this to you in detail. Then you will know and post on here for everyone else.

Until you do that you will only get speculation. That is just a waste of yours as well as anyone elses time for useless posts.

many problems can be solved by simply calling ebay / paypal directly. Its not that bad.
