Default Can you file a case after leaving positive feedback?`

Hi,

I sold an item to someone on ebay.
They left me positive feedback
They now want to file a claim with ebay / paypal
Can they still do this after leaving positive feedback?

Thanks

Yes they can, but that pos feedback won't give you the upper hand in winning the claim. It's 90% that you'll lose the claim and will refund the buyer.

So if you got the pos, good for you.save your account more than anything.
If they buyer wants that refund no matter what, just try to not have him file the claim, rather return the item to you and you refund.

This wAy, you don't see some extra claims in your history.
Keep it clean as much as possible.

SaiJin..

A while ago an eBay agent helped me with claim due to the pos the customer gave me. But I do agree with you... just refund and move on. Cost of doing business and no extra attention to your account!

If the item is expensive then focus on having it returned for refund. If it is a cheap item that you can afford to take a loss on, refund now and move on.
