It was mentioned in an update email a month ago or so. I got a phone call about it about that time as well.

do you guys always get phone calls from ebay like this? I get them about every 2 months and they offer over the phone free business consultations for 1hr time frames.

No. I opt out of all those kind of calls in preferences right away. I never get called by ebay... Well rarely...
