Need help making eBay accounts

Hey everyone i am new to this website and i needed some help with making 10+ eBay accounts...

In order to make 10 eBay seller accounts what info would i need?
I have 10 seperate IP, Can get 10 PO box, the only thing is my name and how to get a verified paypal.

You know enough to get all different IP's and PO Boxes.

Making accounts, especially this many requires some skills and knowledge.

Get the book as stated, read it and read through tons of post here. The answers to this is all over this forum.

You will need to know more then IP and names, a lot more to create 10 different accounts.
