Ebay Verification

Hi guys. I'm new to the forum so i just have a question. i tried searching but couldn't find anything. I understand that if we already had a previous account suspended, we need to create one with a new name. This name can be a friend or family name (which I want to refrain from),

nick name or name variation (possible use)

DBA or LLC name (want to refrain from as well)

My question is, suppose I a name variation, ex: John Smith --> Jon Smith,
how would eBay go about verifying me? I know that everytime i list an item, eBay takes off the listing within 12 hours and i have to call them and answer some personal questions that are derived from public databases. If I use a ficticious name with a different address (like one from nymail), how would eBay verify me and remove the restriction so I can list items? To be specific, the restriction is the following:

ebay verfiys people by the address not the name. Cause too many people have the same name it would be impossable to go just by that.

Not to qustion you or anything, but I dont know about that.

With my account and a family friend's, they asked for middle numbers of SSN, color of car, previous residences. Should I decide to use a ficticious name with a NYMail address, how would that change?

alot of the ?'s they ask like color of car or who u finace car through those are trick ?'s to throw u off u can anware them any way and it will work. Even the ssn couldnt be correct unless there useing the ssn of the last person reg to the address but they cant get it off the name cause ur name was f a k e. So u would have to find out info of the person who's reg to the address to be able to answare the ?'s they ask
