Default Can u appeal to ebay for negative feedback left by buyer

Does anyone knw if we can appeal to ebay if buyer has left a negative feedback when open case had been resolved by seller? Seller even provided full refund back to buyer..

e/b will do nothing, the buyer is entitled to say what ever they like with regard to their experiences with a seller even if a dispute was resolved and they were refunded.

Your only hope is to ask the buyer to revise their comments but there is also the issue of any low dsr's they may have left that won't get amended.

get the buyer to send you a message through ebay saying hes happy for the feedback to be removed

then email/call ebay and they will remove it and the dsr's go with it

Have you tried this?

In the past I was told to use the feedback revision request.

e/b cs would not touch it as they said the buyer was entitled to make whatever comment they felt was appropriate to their experience, regardless of resolution outcome.

i rarely use the revision requests, i save them up and even if they change the feedback i find they often leave the low dsr,s

the "get the buyer to send you a message through ebay saying hes happy for the feedback to be removed" works without fail for me
