I agree with most folks here.
What I do is use my moms address as my (distribution CRT for returns), she calls me,
Gives me the info on pkg,I ask her to open them,
And I process refunds.
But,,,,most of the time, my profit enables me to give refunds,tell customers donate the item.
Which of course they may or may not.
But,to me, it's not worth 50 bucks to get a neg.it could ruin an entire acct.
So, I am very liberal on returns,refunds.
But,my products are hand made,and not much can go wrong.i keep all replacement

I sold a 5 pc set the other day. The lady emails me wanting to buy a part,that was missing.
I sent her overbite a entire new 5 pc set.
It not only developed good will,but I am certain she left me 5 star feedback,
