Does ebay link my accounts if ship to address on suspended account?

My ebay account is suspended and I just create another new one 3 weeks ago. I just wonder if i can use my old address which is linked to the suspended ebay account to order items on ebay.
Actually, I use my cousin address to add into my new ebay account. Then I don't want seller ship the item to that address instead of my address.
Does ebay suspend my new account if i do that?
