4 violations within 3 month

Okay this is what I want to understand.

eBay states that you are permitted to no more than 4 violations within 3 month (90 days) For Bronze power seller.

How does it work?

If I got all 4 violations on Jan 1st will it rest itself on April 1st?

What if I got 1 violation on Jan 1st and 3 on Feb 1st? Will it only rest the first violation on April 1st?
