Be sure to request feedback from buyers which have not left it.

With these limits, and assuming most average sellers aren't using multiple accounts, how the hell is eBay making any money?

I had opened 3 accounts during that same time in mid September and the only difference I can see why the other 2 weren't raised is because of the policy compliance ratings.

On the other 2 accounts that weren't raised I had a couple MC notices on both. My compliance was "Medium", still selling to the max of 10 items though. The policy compliance resets back to "High" in mid March. I'm thinking they will raise once that's done. Check your seller dashboard and see if that might be the problem.

Did it again on my next account. What you need to do is, after you've opened the store, click on the Request Higher Selling Limits link in My eBay/Selling Manager Pro and it will take you a page asking you to confirm your bank account with Paypal (even though you already have) so all you do is login to Paypal through eBay and voila you have 100 items/$7500 limit (at least in Aus).
