Read the bold type, 'hustler.

You get a question like that, then you reword the listing.

Listing is supposed to communicate what is being sold.

Giving good customer service is happening if they purchase my item. I limit being distracted by their short comings. My items are new, never sold as is or whatever.

My first, my only question is would I want to buy my own item. If the immediate response is YES, then I know the listing is good. I do not list any other way.

I just had a buyer send me an irate message on an item that was Already Sold! and asked why I didn't ship to P.O. Boxes, how they are safer blah blah blah, lol. I was like dude the item sold already!

Multi question buyers are usually bad news, especially ones that complain from the first contact.

But I have had a few buyers notify me of mistakes in listings and save me from problems. This just happened a couple of days ago, had the wrong part number and description on an item and 2 buyers warned me and told me the correct info !!

That is awesome. I do this a lot in my specialty category as people call something by a name and it is wrong.

If I can help someone ID something I do because I have had someone tell me thank you, I am a huge collector of Steiff items if you ever get any let me know and if I can help you ask away.
