With the information you gave so far, nobody can help you, I'm sorry.

So the best thing I, or anyone here, can tell you is: Yes, a competitor may be reporting you and there isn't anything you can do about it.
I am not begging. I will ask someone(can it maybe be you?) that will help me a bit. And I will tell the info to that person. Now I am begging for help

Yes, Multiple stealths will be the solution.

Bare in mind that if you go into 'attack mode' this can bring any account you attack from under close scrutiny.

How would that effect me?
I'll use multiple accounts, multiple PPs/eBAYs etc.

Too soon for full battle.

Identify the enemy first.

Do more research.

Who is to say you can not get the right to sell?

Thought just occurred.

What is the wording of this MC999?

Yesterday I had a fleeting thought to report a buyer that won't pay and I can't get the fees taken off. BUT! it's not worth my income for $13, seriously. Draw as little attention as possible. Not worth it!, Not worth it! Not worth it!

A little advice from an old man. "Go a little slower here too, be patient. I know it's not easy. People will warm up if you endure and prove to be worthy of receiving great advice."

OP - You've written a lot on this thread, without getting into specifics.

@Polynoma - if you really want to play this listing hard...you will have to create more stealth accounts, spread sales - play hardball with these sellers - get in there and swing.

Experimentation is key - or let the product line go. All the best.
