if you get the 30 day ban and you need to let your account rest for 6 months then you need to make note of the date of your 30 day suspention and count 6-7 months from that date before using the account again | I got three: Quote:
MC999 Listing policy violation alert: Beta Software - 31.10.2013
MC999 Listing policy violation alert: Beta Software - 16.12.2013
MC999 Listing policy violation alert: Beta Software - 26.12.2013 (and restricted selling rights for 7 days)
| So currently this is the 3rd time = Low = 7 days restricted. Then on the next time should be "Very Low" = 30 days restricted, and then perm suspension as far as I understand from BananaMan's post.
So the only option is to manually count the e-mails and to mark them with a star or with some tag in order to know the dates, and copy them into another folder.
As far as I know from the past (2011) the cool-down period was 90 days in order to expire the policy violation. So for example my 1st policy violation will automatically expire on 30.01.2014 (or Jan 30, 2014). Not 180 days/6 months.

Now check your e-mails into your inbox and see and calculate when your first policy violation will expire (90 days + 1 day to be sure).
