Can anyone give me any advice on how to change your photos to HTML and add them into your eBay descriptions, I'm really struggling to do it I've been on photo bucket and uploaded images, copied the link, then switched the eBay description to HTML and added the link to it, even found some site where it explains it step by step and tells you to remove part of the link which is a pop up that eBay don't allow and still I'm having no luck,
the products i sell are very similar and I'm finding it very difficult trying to write a different description on each listing accross multiple accounts and worried that someone will notice that I'm running many accounts due to the similarity in my descriptions and report me to ebay, also would like to add pictures in my listings anyway but don't want to use auctiva or out cos I've only got a few gtc listings on each accound so no point paying monthly for something I won't use. Cheers.

Cheers James, so once I've got the image link just go on my listing description and then change to HTML them paste it where i want it to be? will the image show up straight away once i do this or do i have to click preview listing, never used HTML before.
After you have entered it into the HTML you can then copy and post the actual image in the standard listing to move it where you want, just as you would with texts.
uploaded image
it then gives me 4 links, html, img, url, direct link
click on html link, it turns black, right click, copy
go on ebay description
change from standard to html
right click, and paste the link
it then just shows the link and nothing happens
must be going wrong somewhere but cant figure it out
I was trying to paste it onto my active listing where it already has a description, tried it on a new listing and it worked, just got to figure out how to adjust size so it looks good on a mobile phone. Will have a look in the morning thanks again.
I use Photobucket allot. You have to edit the setting show it shows the 4 links under each photo. You also have know some basic HTML coding to add pictures. If you have a simple listing basically white text then want to add pictures at the end it is pretty simple. However you will have to edit/resize the photos before to the size you want them with photobucket or something like that.
Personally, I think one of the best things you can do to help sell items on eBay. Is take lots of clear pictures and not just upload them to eBay. But also embed them in appropriate size into you item description.
I barely own a cell phone so I am not a mobile user. But this is old school eBay selling 101. Always have big clear pictures embedded into your listing.
