Default chances of winning dispute with bank..

So I linked my paypal account with my ebay account because I had to. When my seller fees came due, they took it directly out of my bank account. A few weeks before they were due, changed my seller fees method. BUT they still took the money out. I am mad because I did not give hit the withdrawl button from my paypal account and I am a 30 day restriction. What are my chances?
has anybody successfully won a dispute?

None. If you did not bother to TELLthe bank to remove a third party access to your account then you have made a mistake.
I can not count the number of times this has been spoken about on the forum. For future reference for you two points:
Never ever allow paypal access to your bank account for fees. Pay by a one off method (gift card etc)
Whenever anything happens with paypal CONTACT the bank to tell them what you want done about anything.

This is business and you must be proactive in controlling what happens

Excellent news. Credit Unions do offer much better customer service than the banks.

I've read that people don't like taking echecks through authorize.net because with them you have no chargeback rights, or that's what people said.

Catching it fast helps, too, as your bank can probably just make it bounce or something.
