Ebay new return policy
Who has had experience with EB's new return policy instituted in Sept 2014?
In case you are not aware, all a buyer has to do is open a "return" and seller has to accept the return by issuing a refund on ALL shipping charges including having to give a prepaid ship label to get the item back.
Customer only has to say 'defective' or 'not as described'.
Got some from Christmas now, and so far a customer can't print the label, another sent a working unit back, and even another opened a return for refund (but only wants an exchange (no way to close the case for this)).
Since we as sellers are going to loose anywhere from $10-$30 (for shipping) for each return, I think EB has gone WAYYYYY TO FAR on this.
Any opinions??
