dealing with postage bullies

Just sold two tops and have done a postage discount. Buyer thinks i havent reduced enough, so in order to avoid any cases or low dsr, i have reduced even more.
Im happy and she is happy.
She hasnt paid yet and she has just messaged me to say she is bidding on a jumper and feels that coz she has bought two items, then i should send this item for free.
Totally absurd as i would have to pay her postage.
I feel like she is bullying me and though she hasnt made.any.threats to leave me low dsr,s, im guessing that this is her plan.
What shall i do. Its a stealth account going.really well.
My intention after payment is to block her. Can i do that when she has purchased? i really dont want to.deal with people like her.
Also what do i do about the third item. Do i pay the postage for her to avoid getting negatives and low dsr,s or should i flat say no and hope she messages something back alobg the lines of extortion which i could then hopefully use to my advantage.

Things are getting worse.
Just to add....buyer is saying i should further reduce due to my postage is set to recorded delivery. She said she wants me to send by standard post and that if i send recorded then its my duty to pay it.
My listing clearly states recorded delivery.
If i send normal...she is likely to claim INR
Then if i dont jump to her command then she can leave me 3 negatives and all low dsr,s. I feel really backed into a corner here

Never give in go demands like you have done, it makes people think you are weak and.will push you further, as you have found out. Always add to the block list right away.

Has she paid yet?

I would send all 3 as one package by myhermes. Costs £2.78 and you get tracking. How much postage has she paid?

She has sent you messages to get these points across to you? So you could message these onto ebay with an explanation of what she is trying to do and explaining you rightly feel that she is trying to scam you!

Her postage is currently £2 which she knocked me down to and she expects the third item for free....so all 3 items sent for £2.00.
Now im seeing your point just_smile....but my listing.says im posting.royal mail 2nd class recorded. If i send my hermes, she might conplain so im gonna have to stick with royal mail.
The cost will be £3.90.
Il just pay the extra 1.90. i dont care about the money, its the principle. I wouldnt care if it was just one item but she is.buying 3 and the potential is there to really cause problems to my account.
Can i block her after payment. I really dont.want her buying.from me again :-)

The two tops are thin and i was happy.to.put her postage.down to £2.00 to avoid risking my account. But i was taken aback that her third item she expects postage free.as a goodwill gesture for winning bids on two of my items :-)

You can block her at any time, id advise doing it after shes paid for all 3.

Thats what im hoping. Theres no pleasing.some people.
If i block after she has paid, what would happen if she.messaged me regarding.some other issue. Would i get it. Dont want her to open a case coz she cant cobtact me.

She will still be able to contact you about the sale.

She wont know shes blocked unless she tries bidding on more of your items.

Be prepared for more issues once your item arrives.

Just gets better and better.
She now claims to have bid on something else but lost out.
Have checked and she did.
Asking now if i will cancel sale with other person and let her buy it.
Why do i get the distinct feeling that this account of mine is going to go down drastically

Bad luck there with that buyer by the sound of it ooooo.halo, doesn't seem to be much you can do at this stage, like you say your account could turn out to be toast because of this 1 disgruntled scamming buyer!

I never think its a good idea to contact them but with.three negs if she does will harm me so i might as well try it and see what happens.

No one can seriously want so much stuff from one seller.
She is going to bid on everything because you are saying yes to her every demand.

If she was infact concerned about postage, she should have contacted you BEFORE bidding.
You should tell her that if she wants the postage cheaper the only way you could do it is by sending her stuff by my hermes, and that is the compromise. If she says no, then tell her the postage stays the same as you are not a charity.
If she wants to you can direct her to Royal Mail | Royal Mail Group Ltd and she can see the postage prices herself..

DONT give her the other persons win, she got outbid for a reason, and now thinks she can get it cheap as you will obviously only be able to offer it to her for what she bid, and asking the winning bidder to cancel is cause for more drama.

If i were you, i would change my site preferences to only let buyers win 2 items each (within a 10 day period) at most and then she will not be able to bid on more and you can always claim ignorance when she is having problems bidding on another item.

I would also report this via ebay chat if i were you..

Buyers like this make me so damn angry ebay is not a playground, some people actually do count on it for a livelyhood

Yes like you say with 3 negs you will have nothing to lose and you have more accounts, ridiculous that 1 person can do that to someone's account but of course it will be happening all over the place, and the buyer's responsible are realising the strength of their position, so contacting ebay is a very good idea

You should have no problem removing the negs if they come. Your account should be fine.

Stand your ground on the postage costs.

eBay have been 100% helpful on unnecessary negatives i have received on various accounts.

The jumper is the last thing to sell. Due to relist more but goibg to hold back ibcase she sees sonething else she wants.
Will definately amend preferences.
Would like to block her on my other stealths coz u never kbow do you. But im guessing that will cause links across accounts right?

gonna let her pay, send and if feedback is bad then will report as i wouldnt have anything to lose i guess.

I can see the buyer reporting you after receiving them claiming they are "not as described.."
