Even more annoying that feedback was left without contacting me. I would have happily refunded given the overall sale was such low value.
But you have given me hope that its not the end. Providing i dont come across anymore problems, i could be ok.

That has happen to me many times send the buyer a message that favors them. Some people leave bad feedback without opening a case or sending a message that does not mean you have to let it go, they usually agree and revise the negative feedback.

When they leave negative feedback, they have to tick the box confirming they have contacted the seller. If they haven't contacted you, live chat remove in 5 minutes.

I've had over 5 feedbacks removed this year from people who don't contact.

The exact same thing happened to me. I sold a new item, they then left feedback saying it was used - spoke to ebay - won't do anything because its "buyers opinion"....its also concerning that the chat option & phone option has been removed by ebay customer support for feedback related enquiries.
